AGM and SGM Notice
Annual General Meeting & Special General Meeting
Sunday, March 24, 2024
As a member in good standing of the Ontario PC Party, you’re invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting for the Scarborough Centre Ontario PC Association.
When: Registration begins at 6:30pm . Meeting begins at 7:00pm.
Where: Smith’s Prestige Properties, 2139 Lawrence Ave East, Scarborough.
Why: In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given. We will also be reviewing our constitution, in accordance with the Party constitution, these meetings are required for the purposes of adopting a new constitution, A copy of the proposed riding constitution can be found here.
The AGM will commence at 7:00 pm, with a Special General Meeting to follow at 7:20pm.
Anyone with a valid membership as of March 9, 2024 is eligible to vote at the meeting.
